Altamont Has moved -- Twice!

Move # 1 - Auburn, Ca.

We are moving our Auburn, Ca. Store to 1470 Grass Valley Highway ( highway 49.) The new location will open on May 3,2010. The new place is bigger and more visible from Highway 49.

Move # 2 - Quartzsite, Az.

We have moved our Quartzsite location from Prospectors Panorama to Donna Dae 's old location. It is located between the Shell station and the post office behind Janet's kitchen off main street. We will open Nov. 1, 2011 and plan to stay open till the end of middle of March. We will be adding in many of the product lines that Donna Dae carried.

Store Hours: Monday Thru Friday - 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time

Saturday - 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

Mail Order Hours: Monday Thru Friday - 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Saturday - 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

Both are closed on Sunday

Merchandise Returns: All returns have a restocking charge of 10% of the value of the merchandise for any reason other than error by Altamont Beads and Treasures employees. No returns after 30 days.

Insurance On Packages and Shipping information.

Shipping - We will ship by Priority Mail unless requested by a different carrier, i.e. UPS or Federal Express

We process and ship orders in the order that they are received.

Insurance - We do not require that you have your package insured, however, if your package is lost or damaged during transit we are not responsible for covering the cost of the loss or damage. The US Post Office has insurance available at an extra cost. UPS will automatically insure up to $100.00, but there will be a fee to cover insurance on packages above $100.00 in value.
