Change to Back Order porcessing for Sterling Silver, Fine Silver, and Gold Filled Wire and Sheet

Due to the prices changing so fast we will no longer be able to use the same spot price as the original order date.

Starting December 1, 2010, when Sterling Silver, Fine Silver or Gold Filled wire and sheet is put on backorder, the spot price used for pricing will be the day that the backorder is processed. If you would not like to have back orders, please let us know when ordering.

Altamont' s Quartzsite, AZ Location ...

We have moved our Quartzsite location from Prospectors Panorama to Donna Dae 's old location. It is located between the Shell station and the post office behind Janet's kitchen off main street.

Eilene will hold a beading class on Friday, March 4th. This will be her last class of this season. We will have another teacher teaching beading classes on the following Saturdays, March 5th, March 12th, and March 19th. If there is enough interest there will be wire wrapping classes next week only.

We will close for the season on March 19th. We will reopen next season on November 1st. We will have a much better yarn selection at the beginning of next season than we did this season.

Merchandise Returns

No refund on special orders without authorization.

No refund on partial packages.

No returns after 30 days.

Must have copy of original receipt.

Must have original packaging.

All returns have a restocking charge of 10% of the value of the merchandise for any reason other than error by Altamont employees.

Insurance On Packages and Shipping information.

Shipping - We will ship by Priority Mail unless requested by a different carrier, i.e. UPS or Federal Express

We try to ship orders on the same day received but orders received after 3:00 PM are likely to be processed the next day.

Insurance - We do not require that you have your package insured, however, if your package is lost or damaged during transit we are not responsible for covering the cost of the loss or damage. The US Post Office has insurance available at an extra cost. UPS will automatically insure up to $100.00, but there will be a fee to cover insurance on packages above $100.00 in value.
